Position DescriptionThe Installed Sales Product Associate (ISPA) is responsible for pulling and staging all product needed for installed sales projects. The ISPA will maintain the installed sales bays in receiving and monitor installer pick up report and ensure product availability for the installers. The ISPA will interact with installers as needed for product fulfillment. ISPA will be responsible for other installed sales tasks as they are assigned. Responsible for all other tasks as they are assigned Job RequirementsAbility to apply basic mathematical concepts such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing and knowledge of weights and measures. Read, write and communicate using English language sufficient to perform job functions Ability to maintain power equipment certifications. Ability to process merchandise information through store computer system, POS register system and complete all required paperwork according to policy. Knowledge of credit programs and collection procedures. Ability to follow instructions. Anticipates, recognizes and responds to change. Develop and plan activities to ensure proper completion in a timely manner. Thorough knowledge of all applicable software including but not limited to Order Management and Project Tool. Understand and respond appropriately to installer and customer inquiries. Ability to organize time and tasks for efficiency. Ability to recognize when a customer, product or installer situation must be escalated. Basic knowledge and understanding of an installer detail sheet and match it to the appropriate product. Ability to work with multiple installers to resolve product discrepancies. Ability to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions. Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.Lowe''s is an equal opportunity affirmative action employer.
