The ideal candidate will have experience Procuring and managing the required core inventory to support these businesses.
This position needs to excel at both the cross-functional and independent work processes needed to manage all aspects of core across the company.

Essential Functions:
Develops and maintains customer core reports, including core credit eligibility Leads standardized core reconciliation sessions with customers Leads core management education both internally and with customers Procures all core needed to support the remanufacturing businesses, issues purchase orders and expedites delivery where necessary Proactively broadens the universe of core suppliers, especially for core is short supply Manages core supplier relationships and communication - such as open order follow-up, exceptions/deductions due to core quality issues, pricing and lead time adherence, etc.
Manages core inventory and all related processes needed to support the remanufacturing businesses taking ownership of the core inventory.
Utilizes pertinent data for inventory analysis, reporting, purchasing decisions and developing solutions to critical core related supply chain issues.
Leads cross-functional core management teams developing core policy and processes Coordinates with production teams to obtain the core necessary to achieve productivity and fill rate targets Coordinates with R&D/Engineering team to obtain core needed for new product development and competitive analysis Manages core deposit and core pricing to customers Coordinates with Accounting to minimize variance to standard cost relating to cores, and to sync core process transactions/data with core accounting transactions/data Prepare routine reports such as financial reports and progress reports on key core initiatives Additional
Responsibilities:
Participates in strategy setting where core is an important part of the strategy Prepares standard reports as needed to communicate core status, both internally and externally as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or similar accreditation with emphasis in finance along with 10
years' experience with managing financial areas in operations and 5
years' demonstrated core management experience or any relevant combination of education and experience Understand the complexities of core variance, valuation, debits and credits, and pricing Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly to all levels within organization as well as externally Advanced knowledge and skills in:
MS Excel and Word, Internet navigation, Windows Applications, and ERP systems (Sage preferred) Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures of data analysis with the ability to present data in a clear and understandable manner Ability to perform complex analysis such as forecasting and modeling Ability to capture and document business and reporting requirements from multiple sources Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests of varying sizes and scope Ability to lead and work with cross functional teams Good organization ability, communication, analytical thinking Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Working Conditions/Physical Requirements oOffice Environment.
