DIR - CLINICAL QUALITY PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT
Responsibilities Provides continuous support in the analysis of performance improvement initiatives and re-establishing requirements which will facilitate continuous improvement.
Fosters the development and tracking of performance indicators at the departmental level; encourages a facility-wide team effort in meeting performance improvement goals.
Qualifications BSN Degree in business, healthcare administration or other related area.
Masters's Level Licensed Clinical Therapist preferred.
Minimum 3 years working in management level position within a risk environment.
Prefer healthcare management experience.
Knowledge of all regulatory agency, federal, state and local regulations and laws.
Previous experience administering risk management program.
provides performance improvement training as well as individualized and small group trainings as needed.
