Assistant University Counsel in the Department of University Counsel.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Respond to inquiries, charges, or complaints registered by or with external regulatory and law enforcement agencies, to include:
conducting or assisting with internal investigations; marshalling evidence for reports, investigative responses, and discovery; and assisting in the development and articulation of University positions and responses in consultation with the University Counsel, Associate University Counsel and other appropriate University administrators.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions regarding state and federal laws applicable to a state higher education institution, including but not limited to:
FERPA, Title IX, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, FIOA.
Provide Recommended Skills Negotiation Finance Mergers And Acquisitions Accounting Due Diligence Real Estates Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
