Installation Coordinator

This position coordinates sales tasks and scheduling of installation projects by performing the following duties. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Handle telephone sales made directly to contractors
Place orders in system in a timely manner
Source and place special orders for current customers, as needed
Schedule work on projects and keep customers informed of work progress
Coordinate deliveries to job sites
Monitor customer quotes and pricing
Handle customer service issues and provide customer satisfaction feedback to outside sales staff
Complete and distribute paperwork for installation jobs
This position requires a high school diploma or GED. Position also requires 6 months to 1 year experience and/or training in a related field.
Starting pay $14-$16/hr

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
